Austin is a hotbed for small business owners. There are a large number of unique shops nestled in coves throughout Austin, which give you a small town feel with big city designs. You can truly find a treasure here, though you might have to dig a little.

• Barton Creek Mall

• 6th Street and Lamar area (Small Clusters of Shops and Boutiques)

• Aboretum Shops (Beautiful Wooded Area with a combination of restaurants, national chain stores, and smaller boutiques.)

• Dobie Mall

• Lakeline Mall (Round Rock)
