This panel will discuss how to convince others of the value of your ideas.  Panelists will discuss how to construct and deliver your message, to position and differentiate your ideas, to generate loyalty and commitment, and to handle objections, problem people, and difficult situations.

Everyone faces significant decisions throughout their personal and professional lives.  The women on this panel will discuss how some of their riskiest decisions have paid off and taken their lives in directions they could not anticipate.

Gender Communications: Men and Women at Work

The objective of this panel is to guide participants in gaining a better understanding of how men and women communicate and how to improve intra- and inter-gender interactions. In addition, the roles of listening, nonverbal communications and personal behavioral styles will be discussed.
