Double/Dual Degrees
The Texas MBA program offers many options to customize your study for your career goals through a variety of concentrations and electives as well as unique degree programs outside of the traditional two-year MBA program at McCombs. Two of the degree programs we offer include Dual Degree and Double Degree options.
Dual Degree
The dual degree program is a way to earn a graduate degree in business administration and a graduate degree in another area of study concurrently. This degree program typically takes three years. We offer a variety of dual degree options with other renowned graduate study programs on campus such as Communications, Latin American Studies, Law, Engineering, Public Affairs and more.

Double Degree
The double degree program is designed to offer students advanced business education in a global context. Double degree students earn two advanced degrees: an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA (or equivalent) from one of our overseas partner institutions. Students may apply for this program in their first year their MBA study at McCombs and the length of this program may vary by partner institution.
