Focus - Investment Banking

Many positions in corporations, investment firms (both brokerage firms and money management firms), and banking require a fairly in-depth understanding of corporate financial reporting. Positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Investment Analyst, Commercial Loan Officer, and Internal Auditor all require creation of or analysis of corporate financial statements on almost a daily basis. The courses listed below give students sufficient background in financial reporting to begin a career leading to one of these positions.
