Inbound Double Degree: Pre-Requisites
MBA Double Degree applicants must also meet the following requirements:
- Current Enrollment
Applicants must be currently enrolled as a graduate student (MBA or equivalent) at one of our Double Degree partner institutions. - Nomination by Home School
Applicants must complete the Double Degree application process at their home institutions and be nominated to McCombs. - Bachelor's Degree
Applicants must have the equivalent of a four-year U.S. bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Work Experience Applicants must have at least 3 years of full-time relevant work experience. This does not include working as a student assistant (Teaching Assistant, Lab Assistant, Grader, etc.).
- Official GMAT scores
Applicants must submit official Graduate Management Admissions Test scores directly from ETS. A minimum GMAT score of 600 is required. Applications will not be considered until official GMAT scores arrive at UT. Applicants may take the GMAT as often as they would like. McCombs will only consider the highest score. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores. Applicants who earned an undergraduate degree in an English-speaking country receive an automatic TOEFL waiver. A minimum TOEFL score of 105 (internet-based) 260 (computer-based) or 620 (paper) is required. Applicants may take the TOEFL as often as they would like.
