MBA Fitness and Strength Training Club
MISSION STATEMENT
The Fitness and Strength Training Club (FAST) will provide MBA students with an organization that focuses on fitness and nutrition. The club will organize workouts, bring in guest speakers, and provide information to its members to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Max Out Monday: Organized workout every 3 or 4 weeks where members track weight and performance metrics and club members get to interact with each other in a gym setting.
